Section 1
Price The prices of our products are indicated in Euros (€) and include all taxes, excluding shipping costs. All orders must be paid in Euros (€).
Le Prince Jardinier reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis in force at the time of registration of the order, subject to availability. The products remain the property of the Prince Jardinier until full payment of the price. In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the product concerned. In this case, customs, import duties or any other local tax may be payable by your local authorities. These are not the responsibility of the Prince Jardinier, they will be at your expense and are your sole responsibility in terms of charges, declarations or payment. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities. Le Prince Jardinier reserves the right to contact the customer for a possible modification of the shipping costs. In case of disagreement on the amount of the latter, the sale will be canceled and the order refunded as soon as possible.
Section 2
Order When you click on the “Validate” button after the order process, you declare that you accept the order and all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded by Le Prince Jardinier constitutes proof of all transactions made by Le Prince Jardinier and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. Article 3 - Availability of products Our product offers are offered within the limits of available stocks. For products not stocked by us, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. In case of unavailability of products after placing your order, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. Section 4
Delivery The products are delivered to the address you indicated during the ordering process. The times indicated are average times and correspond to the processing and delivery times for products destined for metropolitan France and Monaco.
Section 5
Payment Payment for your purchases is made by bank card: Visa, MasterCard and other credit cards with the exception of the American Express card. The card is debited when the order is placed.
Section 6
Satisfied or refunded You have a period of 15 days from receipt to return the product that does not suit you. Returns should be made to the following postal address: Le Prince Jardinier, Chez Deyrolle SAS – 46 rue du Bac – 75007 Paris – France. The shipping costs will then be at your expense. Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer are not taken back. No cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason. We undertake to exchange the products for you, within the limits of available stocks. If necessary, our customer service will contact you to send you a credit note corresponding to the amount of your order. This credit will be valid for 3 months. Only defective or non-compliant products can be refunded. In this case, please contact our customer service, who will tell you what to do.

Intellectual property All the texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the site www.princejardinier.com are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the whole world. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the Intellectual Property Code, only use for private use, subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the Industrial Property Code, is authorized. Any other use constitutes counterfeiting and is sanctioned under Industrial Property unless prior authorization from DEYROLLE SAS. Any total or partial reproduction of the Prince Jardinier catalog is strictly prohibited.
Section 9
Liability The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. DEYROLLE SAS cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is up to you to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services that you plan to order. The photographs and texts reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, the Prince Jardinier cannot be held liable in the event of an error in one of these photographs or these texts. DEYROLLE SAS cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of a product for out of stock, unavailability, disruption, total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and/or communication; flood, fire, natural disaster or any other case of force majeure. The Prince Jardinier therefore declines all responsibility for any consequential damages such as operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or miscellaneous costs.

Applicable law This contract is subject to French law. The language of this contract is French. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will be competent.
